-Including the long-awaited 100 portrait collection AKA: PEOPLE YOU DON'T KNOW , a three year project from the 8th Street Boat Launch at North Lawrence, Kansas. This SPECIAL collection of 10" x 10" oil-on-canvas paintings features many wonderful people who approached me, while easel painting around the tailgate of my truck, in the parking lot for fishermen and other visitors, biking, hiking, or meandering around the area's river trails and shoreline.
In addition are other collections from four visits to Yellowstone National Park, as well as many visits at Clinton Lake (Lawrence), and other portrait, landscape, and digital works created since returning to beloved Kansas. Scattering self-portraits amongst the rest of the work in this display seems a sort of catalyst in connecting myself with my work and with you the viewers.
